Appraisal Management
We facilitate the Real Estate Mortgage Industry's necessity for unbiased home appraisals of the highest quality, adhering to the guidelines and requirements set forth in Dodd-Frank and the Federal Reserve Board of Governers' interim final rule. Texas Valuation Services utilizes only well-trained, experienced State Certified appraisers. We require our appraisers to always act in a professional manner. They are well versed on the importance of discretion and professionalism in their appearance and their interactions with homeowners, Realtors, builders, etc. We service the State of Texas, specializing in the greater Houston, Dallas and Austin market areas. We strive to provide the highest quality appraisal products and services to our clients with prompt response, quality appraisals, clear communications and professional service. We support our clients' needs with custom appraiser panels and fully compliant appraisal ordering and management.
Appraiser Panels
We can provide our clients with appraisal panels made up of local, knowledgeable, experienced professionals. We will customize and select a group of appraisers that suit the client's particular needs. We provide the service of creating a buffer and making the ordering process and communication with the appraiser compliant. This creates a level of confidence for the client (lender) knowing that the appraisals they order are being performed by a familiar service provider.
FHA and Conventional Ordering Portal
We provide a compliant ordering system for both conventional and FHA appraisals. We qualify appraisers based on experience, knowledge of the market, their approvals with lenders and specific geographic competence. Our clients are ensured the most qualified appraiser for the job, and job type. And, as mentioned previously, our clients have the capability to specifiy their own roster of appraisers - we order, manage and communicate with the appraiser to facilitate the appraisal process in a compliant manner as per AIR and HUD guidelines.
